Camera-Ready Instructions

Congratulations on your acceptance for publication in the ICA 2026 conference proceedings. Complete all four steps before the final submission deadline.

STEP 01

Paper formatting and finalization

Revise your paper using the reviewer comments and follow the Springer CCIS format strictly. The official guidelines and templates are available at the Springer website.

We strongly recommend using the LaTeX template, preferably through Overleaf. The Word template may also be used.

  • Include complete author information, affiliations, and ORCID IDs.
  • Full papers must be 12-15 pages, including references.
  • Short papers must be 6-10 pages, including references.
  • Ensure figures, graphs, images, tables, equations, and references are clear and fit the CCIS layout.
  • Check grammar, spelling, citations, author details, ORCID IDs, and page layout carefully.
  • Similarity index must be below 20% and AI-generated content below 15%.

For LaTeX submissions, place all source files, figures, and bibliography files in one ZIP file. For Word submissions, submit the final DOCX file.

STEP 02

Copyright / license-to-publish form

Download and complete the copyright form. On page 1, provide the paper title, names of all authors, and corresponding author.

On the signature page, provide the signing author's signature, name, date, address, and email address. The corresponding author in the form must match the corresponding author in the paper.

Rename the completed file as:

STEP 03

Registration

At least one author must register for each accepted paper. Registration is required on a per-paper basis, so two accepted papers require two registrations even if the same author is associated with both papers.

After registration, save your proof of payment and rename it as:

Camera-ready submission

Upload all required files through the camera-ready submission form:

  • paperid_camera_ready.pdf
  • paperid_source_file.zip or paperid_source_file.docx
  • paperid_copyright.pdf
  • paperid_paymentproof.pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png

Important publisher requirements

  • Use the official Springer LNCS/CCIS LaTeX or Word templates.
  • Include ORCID IDs wherever available.
  • The corresponding author must sign the applicable License-to-Publish/Copyright form.
  • Verify the author list, author order, affiliations, and corresponding author before submission. Authorship changes may not be possible after production begins.
  • Missing source files, incomplete forms, incorrect formatting, or missing payment proof may delay processing.
