ICA 2026 will provide a limited number of travel grants to support registered participants attending the conference at IIT Ropar.

Support for your journey to IIT Ropar
The travel grant covers actual travel expenses incurred through public transport, up to a maximum reimbursement of INR 5,000 per selected applicant.
Eligibility
Anyone registered for the conference may apply, whether or not they are presenting. This includes academic and industry participants:
- Paper presenters
- Poster presenters
- Participants attending without a presentation
Registration Requirement
Applicants must be registered for ICA 2026 to be eligible for the travel grant.
What the Grant Covers
Actual travel expenses incurred while travelling by public transport, subject to the maximum reimbursement of INR 5,000.
Attendance Requirement
To receive reimbursement, selected attendees must participate in all conference sessions; e-certificates will be provided to those meeting this attendance criterion.
